What sets me apart? Here are three things:

I always put the customer first – period. I treat all my customers with respect, whether they’ve got a $1000 job or a $100 job. I strive to fulfill their needs when they need help and as soon as they need help, with the fastest turnaround time possible.

I always take the time to educate my customers about their homes – not only when I find something wrong, but when there’s ordinary maintenance stuff an average homeowner wouldn’t know about.

I not only educate my clients, I constantly educate myself. I spend many hours each year to insure I am up to date and certified to bring you an honest and non-bias evaluation of a property.  Each home is unique and there are special things about them that most inspectors don’t know about. I take the time and expense to have the proper certifications, among other specialty training – all to better serve my customers.

Attention to detail – I inspect every home like I’m buying it myself. I have developed a detailed inspection method, from the outside to the inside, from beginning to the end. This gives me an advantage – I’ve come behind other inspectors and found things they’ve missed.

Yes, all of this training and attention to customer service takes time, and a lot of people say time is money – but to me, time spent with my customers is priceless!
